The Age Group Development Program (AGD) is for swimmers aged 5 to 9 years.

There is one level in the AGD program.

• Level 1 (AGD-1)

  • Swim 2x30 minutes/week

  • M, W, 3:30-4:00 pm

The Swim Life Academy summer term will run from Monday, June 30 to Saturday, August 16, 2025 (6 weeks).

Any missed sessions will not be refunded.

Only 4 spaces are available.

Swimmers will have the option to compete in local swim meets when available (development or competitive).

Equipment required: Cap, goggles, kick board, pull buoy, flippers (fins), snorkel, and a water bottle.
