The Elite Age Group Program (EAG) is for swimmers aged 9-13 years.

There are 2 levels, with level 1 being the most advanced.

Level placement depends on the age and development range of each swimmer.

• Level 1 (EAG1)

  • Swim 5x60 minutes/week.

  • M, W, F, 4-5 pm, Saturday, 10-11 am and Sunday, 11-12 pm

• Level 2 (EAG2)

  • Swim 3x60 minutes/week.

  • T, TH, 3:30-4:30 pm and Saturday, 12-1 pm

The Swim Life Academy summer term will run from Monday, June 30 to Saturday, August 16, 2025 (6 weeks).

Only 8 spaces are available for each level.

Any missed sessions will not be refunded.

Swimmers will have the option to compete in local swim meets when available (development or competitive).

Equipment required: Cap, goggles, kick board, pull buoy, paddles, flippers (fins), snorkel, and a water bottle.
